I have a proposal to do 48 acre parcel sub-divided into 4 lots.
1 lot 20 acres, 2nd lot 6 acres, 3rd and 4th lot 11 acres
(approx). Homes ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 sq.ft. Total
project estimate cost $35Million approximately. Profitability
$55Million and above. Property located in the Southern California
area. Potential profit $20Million. These are estate homes and lots
on prime real estate.
