I hope you are not an estate agent Mr Kenyon because under the property misdiscriptions act, what you have written here is illegal. Unless the property doubles in price the day the first casino opens, you will be liable to a £5000 fine and a ban from future trading alongside any civil action the buyers may wish to take against you. May I suggest that you adjust your evaluation of the property and post it on this board?
