I own a bar/nightclub on world famous 2nd ave in downtown Nashville, TN. I have totally renovated the club; it has (2) tiled bars, red velvet furniture, pool table, painted floors, mirrors and other upgrades. I also own about 75k just in lights, lasers, sound, and sound boards. I spent most of the capital in the purchase and renovations. I do not owe anyone a note or mortgage. This was totally funded from my own pocket. I am needing a working capital loan to make certain that the product is supplied and marketed correctly. This is not my first business venture. I have owned a 3 location drycleaner, a national mail order sports apparel business, and a 26 unit mobile home park. I am a CPA, have a Masters Degree in Accounting, and I have a Series 7 and 66 licensure. I used to have a Beacon close to 800 and a Platinum AMEX. However, after my divorce and the loss of a child almost 2 yrs ago you can see the deterioration of my credit score. I have been operating mostly on a cash basis since then. However, I am willing to pay a higher rate of interest to acquire the necessary funding and start rebuilding my credit. Thanks in advance for your consideration of this endeavor.
