If you are serious, and can invest immediately, contact me directly at Rwbad@aol.com. Cannot and will not pay any retainers/fees, as we are looking for funding, not handing out funding. All retainers/fees must be paid by Investors/Partners. Due to private nature of project, no information can be sent or handed out online, but will be glad to meet for face to face meetings for serious discussions. We will talk with overseas investors, but only for in person meetings here in the USA.
