I have done research for the local area and have found a site and two possible business propositions for the area in which I live. There is minimal competition as for the first idea, the other stores in the same line are serviced by state/government/welfare organizations. The second business, which both my husband and I would be running both, there is not another business in the same line within 2 hours of us. The ideas are for a Thrift Store and a Direct Marketing & Computer Firm. We both have various experience in both markets and would be interested in setting up both businesses for a minimal investment. We have the knowledge and plan in progress, just not enough money to get either idea off the ground. Please respond as soon as possible as we are trying to move with this immediately. Also, we own the office space for the Mailing & Computer Firm and have found several suitable and reasonably priced rental spaces for the Thrift Store. We would need to purchase items for stock, a truck for transportation of the items, and miscellaneous office equipment (copier, fax, commercial printer, certain software, postal licensing, etc.) I have all of the details for both businesses and can accomplish startup and working funds for well under $50,000.00. I would be willing to use all items purchased with the funds as collateral also and interest is negotiable.
