We are successful land developers in Florida for many years. We are seeking $10 million financing over four years for a new project in the central part of the State. As collateral, we will offer 2200 acres of land sitting on a 9200 acre lake with a marina, the land is valued at $48 million. Email me for the Business Plan and other specifics.
