Good Morning,

I own a small custom home building company in the Atlanta area. I currently have one spec house under construction. I am looking for $370,000.00 to start two more spec homes in Jackson County Georgia.
I am also looking to expand into Trinidad Colorado. I would like $250,000.00 to start a two unit townhouse unit. Please let me know what you have to offer.
