IF you have a loan request minimum of $150,000.00million we can match you with a lender, where as many banks oftern turn them down. Minimum FICO score 575, interest rates are between 5.25 and 7.25%. Terms of the loan are between 5, 7,10, 15, 25, years.
IF you have a larger loan request of income property of 2 million or more, we can accomodate you. A minimum 680 FICO score. Fixed and adjustable loan types available, with competitive interest rates.
