I would like to buy an 11 acre site with planning for 40 holiday holmes,pub and cottage at the side of the pub,also 3 small lakes.I would refurbish the pub into a three bedroom cottage and lease with 40 holiday holmes.
The site is in wales and selling for Ł300.000.
It would take Ł200.000 to build it up to a good running business, myself and my wife would take care of the running and rebuilding to maximize returns.
we are looking for backers for Ł500.000 can be split between backers for shares in the site.
