We have our own call center in Malaysia i.e. our own
bank rhb. Our Call Center in rhb is running in Siebel
CRM with oracle database. It chatters to creditor’s
atm inbound and outbound calls; this call center takes

care of in and out bound calls from Malaysia market,
Singapore market and Brunei market.

We are also into Multimedia, Wireless (Telecom),
Integrated services like ERP CRM. I will forward our
