Does the hotel required any modernisation etc.
when you said is a three star hotel - is the Hotel listed as
3 star in Chegndu?
Can you send me photos of the rooms and hotel.?
When was the hotel been built, when was the last renovation?
Is it a Freehold or leasehold?

Could you let me know and the most important - the price.
