Hello.
I have just formed a new California company to exploit my ideas for new businesses, inventions, songs, movie scripts, TV shows, books, etc. This new company has just acquired an established advertising agency with a North American presence and a niche in urban/residential real estate marketing. This acquisition will provide immediate cash flow to the new parent company. What I need now is a smart, experienced energetic entrepreneur to help establish the parent company head office, preferably in LA (current office is in San Diego) and to help tweak the ad agency to make it profitable, while growing and meeting the goals of the parent company.
