As of May 9th, 2004 I am putting parties on notice that any party involved in the proliferation of liable on behalf of my company National Note Brokers, Inc. or myself, Roxanne Morin, will be held accountable for their actions. This includes and is not limited to parties who make false claims, parties who allow false claims to be posted as well as any parties who disseminate those false claims. All persons who are responsible for the utterance of those claims will be held liable for damages arising out of this disinformation and monetary loss and compensation will be sought.
