our first of a kind plant is constructed,permitted,and months away from full production. a last level of equity investors or a combination of loan plus equity (stock) needed in order to finance commencement of initial operations before revenues are received. the stockpile of material to be processed is enormous and growing and our niche has arisen due to epa restrictions now being imposed upon and soon banning the existing, predominant method of disposal, vastly reducing viable competitors in the United States. The international market is even larger.
